Unable to preview messages in Inbox on IMAP Server

    Unable to preview messages in Inbox on IMAP Server

     

     

     Hi Folks:

    The Headers of all messages in the INBOX on our IMAP server appear in the list but all messages are empty. The body of the message has the following notation.

     

     

    [This message contains binary or non-textual data that cannot be previewed

    within

    Pegasus Mail.

     

       Filename:   Unknown

     

    You can work with this file in the message reader's 'Attachments' page.]

     

    The header shows from ??

     

    All other folders in IMAP server display fine.

    I would right click on the IMAP4 mailbox folder and select folder information and completely clear the cache and try again.
