Ready to send sticking in Queued Mail folder

    Ready to send sticking in Queued Mail folder

    Hi,

    I am using Pegasus v.4.41 (Win32).  On the main view, the status bar shows 5 messages queued.  In Review Queued Mail, there are 5 'Ready to send' files stuck in the queued mail folder (please see attached .jpg) - one from 2006, 4 more recent with the same date and time.  On deletion, they simply return and I can't find any knowledge-base information on this.  This is not preventing mail from being sent, but it is annoying!

     Any suggestions, please?

    Re: Ready to send sticking in Queued Mail folder

    1.  Use Help | About Pegasus Mail | Info to locate the HOME mail directory.

    2.  Use File Manager or Explorer and go to this directory and delete the zero length PMO, PMX and PMW files.
