I've checked and the same thing happens if I take just another original email and try forwarding that.  Would you like a different sample that has not been already forwarded?....

No, I simply can't duplicate your issue, there must be something else involved, maybe someone else can try. When does the truncation happen, BTW: Do you already see it in the editor or only after actually sending it via SMTP? Although I don't think it matters: Try again after updating IERenderer.

    Re: Can't print full e-mail

    Hi Michael,

I've updated IERenderer and that hasn't made any difference.

I receive the email and I can see all the content.  I then select forward and insert the addressee and the next screen that appears has the space for my comment and the headers for the original email but the body of the email I am forwarding is now empty.

So before it is sent, the content is missing.

I've sent a new email, hope you might be able to see the problem with that?....

    Thanks.

The condition you describe is exhibited when BOTH of the below options are selected.

Tools > Options > Incoming mail > Message reader
    Message display and window size:
[x] Where a choice of formats exists, display the fancy version

Tools > Options > Outgoing mail > Message formatting
Formatting and use of styling in messages:
[x] Disable all text styling options (never send styled mail)

I don't regard this as a false alarm, just a different issue to figure out ...
