We'll keep our fingers crossed! Indeed this issue needs to be fixed rather quickly we're getting more and more complaints as well.

    MEGA DITTOS!!

Here is email that I blasted to our users...feel free to use with yours.

Due to a greater use of enhanced HTML in email messages of late, more and more frequently Pegasus Mail is cutting off the original contents of emails received when attempting to print, reply to, and/or forward such emails.  Pegasus is actively working on incorporating a solution to this issue.  In the meantime....

    1. Be aware of the issue and make sure that information is not lost as you attempt the above actions.

    2. If you need to print out the message you can try viewing only the text version of the message by clicking on the VIEW button that is shown at the top of the window in which you are reading your email.  Alternately, you can right click on a blank section of the  message and select the fifth option down to "open the message in web browser..."  This will open the message in Internet Explorer (for most users) from which they can print the message.  Note that a warning message will likely appear.

    3. If you wish to REPLY to such a message, then you can try cutting and pasting the original contents into your reply or you can close the email and forward it.  When forwarding it select the third option that allows you "To start a new message with the messages attached."  This will keep the original message intact.  This process could be used for replies and for forwarding of course.

An Another alternative would be to use http://webmail.highlandtank.com to read and manage your emails.  If you want to keep a copy of your replies or forwarded messages in your Pegasus, then you would need to be sure to blind copy yourself.

    4. If you wish to FORWARD an email the best method is to close the email and then forward it (as above). When forwarding it select the third option that allows you "To start a new message with the messages attached."  This will keep the original message intact.

Anxiously awaiting the solution....every minute is another nail in the coffin for continued use of Pegasus as our default mail system....
