I would like to have both computers use the same directory structure so
I can transfer new files easily, but I cannot seem to change the folder
structure on either one.
It's not real easy but can be done. On the system with the mail in c:\pmail\mail
1. Move all the files out of the c:\pmail\mail to c:\pmail\mail\admin.
2. Create a pmail.usr file in the c:\pmail\mail directory using an ASCII editor like Notepad with one line entry of A;admin;FirstName LastName.
3. Go to the c:\pmail\program directory and run pconfig.exe. Change the standalone HOME and NEW mail directory spec to c:\pmail\mail\~n
Now when you run WinPMail it will go to the c:\pmail\mail\admin directory to read the pmail.ini file and start using this new folder structure. Use Help | About Pegasus Mail | Info to verify the HOME and NEW mail directories.
