    Suggestions for dealing with "image spam" and Mercury32?

    Does anyone have any ideas about dealing with "image spam" with Mercury32.

    This stuff is insidious!

    I find that both POPFileD and Spamhalter do just fine on catching and tagging this type of spam.  I prefer POPFileD but this is mostly a personal preference in the way I work.

    The version of SpamHalter included in v4.51 includes an image parser that attempts to perform image comparison as part of the spam classification process. It seems to work reasonably well, but as you say, this type of spam is pretty insidious.
