Pegasus Mail & Mercury

Hello there,

When I work with my notebook and remotely take over my desktop at home Pegasus seems to have a strange behaviour. It blinks and flashes all the time whereas the background and all the other programs seem to work fine, without flashing constantly. First I thought this could have something to do with the New Mail refresh but nothing like that. I'm using version 4.41. Can anyone help me with this ? Thanks,

What program do you use to take over your desktop. Any settings possible in using refresh rate or such?

I'm using the "normal" windows mstsc.exe client. I already tried changing refresh rate. The strange thing is that all the other programs, inluding the desktop, do not blink or flash. Sorry for the late reply,

First verify that you're using the latest mstsc

then try various settings of screen resolution and color resolution within the terminal services client to see if this matters

and if nothing helps, try capturing the screen with a free screen video recorder, and submit the produced avi to Han for forther investigation.

I checked and we are using the latest mstsc file for windows 2000. However, I found some more details about the problem. The flashing starts when typing a new mail and becomes even more frantic when more mails are opened in a separate window.
