This is attempt the second to post to this forum. The last post was replaced by a "Write a new post" window. The reason for the post is to outline problems that have occurred repeatedly since I joined the community. Posts are difficult to get accepted.

I was attempting to post to the Community Technical Forum this morning. When I make a post I get the eggtimer for ever and ever. The error message displayed is "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."This is not just for today, this is a regular always occurence.

When I make the post the subject and message areas go blank and that is generally the end of it until the error message comes up.

Then in frustration I ignored the tag window and did not make an entry there. I had put in some keywords seperated by semi-colons in earlier attempts, but when omitted the post was accepted. However making a post to this effect in the Feedback site the gremlins were back.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a temporary glitch at work here?

Anne,
it seems that your problems are related to a slow internet connection.
This can be either on your local end, or somewhere in between.
When doing a trace to you, the traffic appears with some severe delays to go from SouthAfrica to Hong Kong, and then on up to Europe and the community site.

 In your end, if I were you I'd check local connection times to various locations around the globe, dns settings, browser type/model, cache etc.
