Dear PM Team,

I would like to suggest a small additional feature for future PM versions.

It would be quite useful to have the option of automatically attaching a file to every message which is being sent out.

For example attaching a vcard in this particular case, would facilitate the use and exchange of personal and business contact details (double click on vicard normally ads contact to your PIM application). Other possible usage could be to attach the (quite annoying) disclaimers which some people are obliged to use by their employers rather then including them directly in the text. "Disclaimer and conditions of use attached" would be all that is left from a half page legal garbage

Why not set a template or stationery version of a completely empty new message but with your vCard attachment pre-defined?

That's one good option I haven't thought about ...
However, what I have in mind would be an additional option maybe created under the Tools -> Option -> Outgoing mail header (or maybe even added under -> Signatures) allowing attachment options to be defined and named, similarly to the signatures options, which then can be set as default or selected/de-selected when a new message is being created (see screenshot). I personally would find that to be very handy :-)
