Pegasus Mail & Mercury

Hi,

We are using Mercury/32 v4.01b. 

I want to block outgoing mails of some users. 
They should be allowed to send only local mails. 
They are not allowed to send any mail out of our domain. 

Can you please guide me how do i configure the Mercury for this purpose. 
 

Configuration

We are using Mercury/32 without Pegasus Mail, without Novell.
 
We are using following Protocol module :
MercuryS SMTP Server
MercuryP POP3 Server
MercuryC SMTP Client
MercuryO POP3 Client
MercuryX Task Scheduler
 
Mercury/32 Running on 192.168.1.253 (Static-ip of Local intranet)
All clients (local intranet static-ip) are in the range of 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.250, currently only 20 users are configured.
 
All users are using Outlook Express as mail client. Using Internal-static-IP of Mercury Server. All mails are routed through Mercury only.

Set some OUTGOING filter rules, (Config menu) to match against From address (or list membership if you have a lot) and delete mail (and maybe reply with template if you want to inform them).

I  would first upgrade to v4.62 since v4.01b outbound filters cannot handle message deletions.  Then you can use the outbound filters as to block these specific users by From: address.  I like the list scan filter that was recommended.
