The first session log shows the message was sent completely to the receiving SMTP relay host (smtp.rediffmail.com). It may have been rejected later by Yahoo but there was no failure at all with Pegasus Mail sending.

We really need to see a session log showing the sending process and the point of failure. You can trim sections where encoded data is being transmitted to reduce the size of the data.

This looks to me like you are pushing a site that may be hazardous to the general user. I would not access it with a 10 foot pole. This literally has nothing to do with Pegasus Mail and Mercury and a lot to do with spamming.
