• AW: Re: Wish list for the s/mime extension

Hello Michael, I know that you tried to implement a autoselection, but for me it doesn't work. I have 4 Certificates for my 4 email adresses. All are issued to Klaus Arpe, but for example one is for address klaus.arpe(at)etech.haw-hamburg.de, one for klaus(at)arpe.name. If I send with the default profile klaus.arpe(at)etech.haw-hamburg.de, ...

  • Wish list for the s/mime extension

Hello Michael, if you use multiple identities in Pmail and have different certificates for every identity, you are unable to use the ''always use the default certificate'' function. So the selection popup will come up on every send mail and you have to select the correct certificate. Would it be possible to make the s/mime extension ...

  • AW: Version 1.1.1.1 of the S/MIME extension fixes some crash conditions

The s/mime feature requires Microsoft CAPICOM 2.1 Library to be installed on teh PC (including the Registry Entry, not only the dll). If this is true on all your Machines, it should run. Klaus

  • Re: Problems with synonyms

Hello Thomas, using LDAP synony doesn't mean to implement LDAP on your Server. David calld it (I think so) that way, because the attribute was introduced with the LDAP Support of NDS. Pmail / Mercury use native NDS call to access that attributes. My tests also show, that both programs use the same Attribute: Internet EMAil Address ...

  • Re: Problems with synonyms

You must enable Ldap Synonym in NCONFIG (which is read by Pmail) and in Mercury seperately.

  • Re: TLS problem with v4.51

Came over this problem in 4.52 just now. Checked any combination of current releases of cl32.dll and cl32ui.dll I could find, but no one worked. Then I replaced the newer versions wiht those from Mercury 4.01. That worked a little better, Properties Bottomn now works, but shows incomplete info (no Info for what the certificate is good). But no ...
