• Re: Security Update Required: Disabling Weak Ciphers / Security

In the configuration of the IMAP Server on SSL tab you have enabled (depreciated) direct-connect-SSL on port 993. Disable it after changing the mailclient(s) to TLS / StartTLS on Port 143. Should at least resolv problem 3. The others I don't know ... bye Olaf

  • Re: Problem with window when moving message

Never saw subwindows outside Pegasus desktop. Anyway ... ... normaly the problem is in STATE.PMJ - in section [General]. There are most coordinates vor Pegasus and it's subwindows. If you know about coordinates and which of them seem to be disrupted, you may correct. Else on closed Pegasus make a copy of STATE.PMJ, edit and delete all entries in ...

  • Re: Crash on sending emails with scanned document attachments.

Have a look in your mailbox directory. There should be one or more files with a specific filename and extensions PMW, PNX and/or PMX. Delete (or move) them and Pegasus should start again. Did Pegasus crash or didn't Pegasus react any more. TIFF are usualy very large and it may take a while sending them or your provider even doesn't accept mails ...

  • Re: unknown user in Mercury Stats

Hmm - checked my statistics and got the same. Because all other entries in the list are real, existing users (have Novell Netware running) it may be, that these ÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌ are aliases pointing to an external mailaddress or are mailinglists. However - I don't see any entries for aliases and mailinglists. Bye Olaf ...

  • Re: IMAP won't copy to local New Mail folder

The cachefiles for IMAP-Inbox are corrupted. May be - as I understand your use of IMAP - because there are thousands of Mails in the Inbox or because Pegasus sometimes crashed or was stopped hard while writing cashfiles. Right-klick the folder > Information on folder (translated - not shure about nomination of menue entry in english) and ...

  • Re: Messages disappearing

I'm not sure about what files you moved from Pegasus directory. Junk-Folder: right click the folder -> folder information. Tells you filename and location. But if no mails are shown in the folder, (filetype PMM), you may have moved/deleted the indexfile (PMI). So right click the folder and re-index it. On a new installation you normally ...

  • Re: vs. 4.72 572 problem with "copies-to-self"

What do you meen by ''have folder reset''? You should check the folder for consistency and reiindex it (-> context menue). If this doesn't help go into the options and repoint to the copy self folder even if it is already standing there (or may be meanwhile there is another folder pointed to). cheers Olaf
