Nice one! That fixed it.
Thanks again :)

PaulW:Search the user's Pmail.ini for that address.
Thanks, Paul!
I did that and found:
Internet E-mail Address = replacement@domain.org
I've changed it to the correct address. She's away at the moment but I'll post back after she ...

Close Pegasus Mail and create a backup of the mail folder on your hard drive.
Next, rename the file named heirarch.pm to heirarch.pm-old. This file is used by Pegasus Mail to identify your mail folders and to display them within Pegasus Mail. The heirarch.pm file will be re-created when you restart Pegasus Mail because it will re-scan ...

Thanks guys :)
The RTF option is on by default. I also tried turning it off.
We don't use identities. A member of staff starts Pegasus Mail with the -i <username> switch specified. Just one account is used for each staff member. If they need to look at another account, a second shortcut is created that uses the -i switch and the second ...

Erm.. no. So, are you saying that we should set up two signatures?
Why do we need 2 signatures? Why can't Pegasus Mail just drop the ...
-
caisson:No. I'm talking about the new message options when that pops up. However if you have a plain text sig option that might not be necessary
Thanks - all messages are configured as RTF by default, including replies, so it's not that.
Cheers!

caisson:Just a thought. You might have to check the RTF option if using a formatted sig.
Thanks a lot for replying.
Which RTF option is that? I can't see a RTF option in the signature configuration.
Cheers!
