• Re: Pegasus hangs on startup

Are you certain it was a Critical update and not a Feature update? Critical updates provide essential protection against vulnerabilities. Features are just that - features. There have been several issues with Microsoft's recent feature update (which is a Windows 10 Upgrade). If you have problems caused by a critical update you should inform ...

  • Re: Images don't print

lhhesscpa:I gather you mean that what I am experiencing is normal behavior. As mentioned above there are several ways to print, and each employs different methods to render your document before it is sent to the printer. The built-in print processor (File - Print, or the Print icon on the toolbar), is fine for simple messages, but when it comes ...

  • Re: Images don't print

Beneath the Pegasus Mail menu are a row of icons on a toolbar. The last icon at the right edge (using the Business User toolbar) shows the Pegasus horse over an Internet Explorer E. Click this and a drop-down menu should appear. One of the options is print current message (Ctrl+Shift+P). If you can use it, it will display a preview with images ...

  • Re: Drag and Drop

I suspect that you have a heirarchical folder system and that there are sub folders located off different trays that use the same folder name. 2017 | Accounts 2018 | Accounts You will find that copying messages into accounts will not necessarily end up in the folder you thought it would go to. • Re: cant connect cliant to server

Your domains need to be setup so that localhost: is the name that Mercury/32 identifies as. So, if Mercury identifies itself in its helo as operator you would have: Local host or server Internet nameoperator ...

Also check your security software. It may be behavioural analysis software having a hiccup. Make sure that Pegasus Mail is trusted by your software and is not monitored/has free access to the Network/Internet.

  • Re: problem with mail to a email list not arriving

Have you tried the option to explode the submissions on the mail list's Distribution tab?? I'm no expert, but the issue seems to be multiple addresses being handled by a single SMTP session which are not allowed to be relayed by the receiving server(??) I am very happy to be corrected!
