With three of four users (on the same machine), when PM is started, the folders dialog box with preview defaults to "New Mail" and displays it fine. All four users have tools|options|basic settings "Automatically open the new mail folder at startup" checked. However, with one of the users, the folder dialog box has the "My Mailbox" folder hilited, not "New Mail" and a separate dialog box with "New Mail" is displayed. To correct, I close the separate "New Mail" dialog box and select "New Mail" in the folder dialog box. All users are set to save the desktop session state. What is necessary to correct? Thanks!
