I had not considered that a change as Vista did not change either the last access or last modification dates (both of which I have visible in explorer).</p><p>Once I renamed the file to pmail.usr Pegasus started successfully as before the update. Would this not be considered a "programming error"?</p><p>On a different subject, can I disable the splash screen about saved messages that now appears at startup when there are msgs in the "drafts" folder, other than deleting/moving those msgs? <br></p><p>Thanks for the help!</p><p>David <br></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
