I am not able to explain the behaviour of ClamAV when controlled by Mercury but I can confirm that the multiple instances of Clam are the result when using that option. I have tried it on several Mercury servers, always with the same result. If enough emails arrive then the CPU utilisation tops out and memory starts to go down. I ...
