Something strange. When creating an sub folder in PM, it's appear as an root folder in IMAP client, and the other way round, when creating an sub folder in IMAP client, it's appear as an root folder in PM. Moving the IMAP folder, in PM, for it's right place as sub folder everything is in the right place.
I don't know if it is PM or Mercury, ...

I'm pretty sure I'm having a ''senior moment'' here, as I'm pretty sure I saw, at one time — and even changed — a value that specified how long messages were retained in the IMAP TRASH folder before being purged. Now I can't find it to save my butt, and have even looked all over the fora and the help systems for Mercury and Pegasus.

If so, try enabling session logging in MercuryI, and see what goes wrong from one of your client computers.
If you see no activity at all, I'd say you have a firewall problem with your 2008 server, not allowing connections over TCP port 143 to Mercury, ...

Over the past few days several of our IMAP users have been losing their IMAP folder subscriptions (including myself). Some of the users are using Outloook w/ IMAP and I'm using Thunderbird.
