Pegasus Mail & Mercury

Hi, I'm running a Mercury v4.62 upgraded from 4.52 and having trouble with the IMAP server.  My Thunderbird client is live no issues connecting, but some folders are showing up gray in the list.  These folders are disabled, and I'm not sure if I've lost the mail that they contained or if it's still active in memory somewhere. Is it possible to use Pegasus/Mercury to access a single POP3 email account from two computers at the same time without running into mailbox integrity issues?  We have been using Eudora on our desktop computer but if I install it on my wife's new laptop and then set it to use the same files on the desktop if both programs are accessing ...

tried to change home mail box directory,  put in new directory (replacing ''default''), checked ''move'' ,  hit ''Change now'' screen goes black except for top bar and nothing happens for 5 minutes.

Hi! I'm so happy to have found this forum! I love Pegasus but right now, I'm lost.  Since Windows closed unexpectedly earlier today, I cannot re-open Pegasus. When I try to open it, it says that my mailbox is locked. I say continue and it starts the process of opening Pegasus. But when it starts ''Opening new mail folder...'', it gets stuck ...

So there we have it - the question resolved, and an understanding of how to prevent the problem from re-ocurring. But I have to comment (I can't stop myself) - how can it be that the AV producers (who fully understand the risks of deleting files) send out their 'point & click' software, with defaults set to delete? I have three users.  Recently, some mail in the new mail for John started to appear in the new mail for David.  The messages have John's email address, but they now appear in David's new mail. How does this happen?  Can I do anything about it? This only happened once, about a week ago, so maybe it isn't a big problem yet.  ...
