Popfile SQLite Temporary Files Locked

We have run Mercury 4.01b on Windows 98SE and Windows XP Pro and now run 4.52 on XP Pro. We have used POPFileD v1.22.4 with POPFile v0.22.4 on both Mercury 4.01b and 4.52 with both Windows 98SE and Windows XP.
