I have a fresh Mercury/32 installation with SH activated. Feeded him

i see it starts working and marks more and more mails as spam.
But

HI,
I'm using Mercury with SpamHalter in a test setup.SpamHalter works very well so far and is incredibly accurate.I would like to filter all E-Mails Spamhalter identifies as Spam (via the Header tags) and move them to a second mailbox the user has for his unwanted mail.
This worked fine with mailing lists and global rules, because the mailing ...

I enabled Spamhalter a while back, and I have noticed that some messages keep getting re-classified as spam. For any given message in the 'Junk or suspicious mail' folder, Spamhalter reports both the 'stored spam probability' and the 'current spam probability' at 0%.My System Messages reports thusly:Spamhalter Error: Could not retrieve data ...

I am sorry to keep bringing this up, but there are still issues with this whitelist.
I have SpamHalter configured to add a tag to messages it identifies as spam. The tag was originally [SPAM]. Mercury then used a filter to pass messages tagged with [SPAM] to a 'spam' account.
After repeated 'false positive' identification of ...

[Background, problems]SpamHalter (in Pegasus 4.41) doesn't
learn from Content Control's decisions, as shown in headers and the
''Explain classification'' dialog box. SH training is not triggered when CC moves a message to the Junk folder, in contrast to when a message is ''Quick Moved'', drag/dropped or moved there by a general filtering ...

Thomas R. Stephenson:I'm catching 99.77% of the spam right now with Bayesian filtering using POPFile. Not too sure it's worth all that much effort to use CC ( I have one entry in the CC file) at all to catch the 0.13% that get through the Bayesian filtering. In looking at Spamhalter on the same system it's getting well over 99% ...

Hello all,
Is there a way to avoid being whitelisted? I know this sounds a bit weird, but here's why:
Some junk emails end up in my Inbox because the sender is whitelisted. This only happens when I'm the sender - forged, of course. (I guess the probability of spammers using any other whitelisted address is low.) From time to time I send ...

Hello all,
[Background]I'm running Pegasus 4.41 and use both SpamHalter and Content Control to filter out junk email. This works very well in my experience, with SH filtering out maybe 95% of the junk - and almost no false positives. CC catches some two thirds of the rest. A big Thank You to David Harris and Lukas Gebauer!
[Initial problem]In ...
