I am installing Pegasus 4.52 under Windows 7 on a new machine.  I have downloaded winhlp32.exe; it went to c:\windows\. Clicking on the Pegasus ''setup info'' still produces the Windows warning ''Why can't I get Help from this program?''. How can I get the setup info file to run?
