  • Mercury refusing all IMAP logins suddenly

UPDATE: Fixed.  See end of post. Sort of desperate for some ideas.  I've been running Mercury for years, and in the middle of the night I wake up, check my phone for messages, check my email, and my email app tells me my credentials are no good.  Restarted Mercury, then rebooted the server, changed the user password, and created a ...

  • Changing aliases

Hello, all: We are using the aliases feature of Mercury/32 to handle email inquiries that come from a form on our website.  The emails come in addressed to contacts@domain.com and an alias in Mercury (Configuration, Aliases) equates that email alias with the real person's account, say jsmith.  Everything works great!  Now when ...

  • malias.exe 1.04 - 32-bit version of the alias import/export tool for Mercury

malias.exe is a command-line tool for importing or exporting aliases from Mercury. The version included with the Mercury installer (up to version 4.73) is however not compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows. This is the 32-bit version of the program, that will run under both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.

  • General Filter Rule for a user not his address(es)

HI, I'm using Mercury with SpamHalter in a test setup.SpamHalter works very well so far and is incredibly accurate.I would like to filter all E-Mails Spamhalter identifies as Spam (via the Header tags) and move them to a second mailbox the user has for his unwanted mail. This worked fine with mailing lists and global rules, because the mailing ...

  • Problem with new user accounts

I'm running Mercury32, v4.01b and currently have 102 users.  We have used Mercury/Pegasus for the last ten years and its a great set of programs.  Lately however, I have found that I am having a problem in that Mercury isn't recognising the new users I create.  You can send internally to the users, using their ''real names'' but ...

  • Print incoming mail and attachments

Long time reader, first time poster :) Reading the manual, I've managed to set up a general rule set and alias that prints any emails addressed to orders@...  At this stage it doesn't print an attachment if there is one.  I get the impression this is possible, but I'm not sure which action I should select, and what to do with that ...
