Pegasus Mail & Mercury

I'm using Pegasus v. 4.52 and have a two-part problem I hope someone can help me with.  First, when I click on the ''Work with your mail folders'' tab, my New mail folder does not appear in the list.  This has not been a major problem, because I could still access the New Mail folder by clicking on the separate icon.  Second, ...

I have moved v. 451 from Vista to Win 7 and when I try to add a new folder Pegasus 451 freezes and I have to use task manager to close.
