Im moving my Mercury install to a new box, mostly completed now but is there a way I can copy all my filtering rules over?

Is there a filtering rule that I can create to only send email to a specific email address between a certain amount of time?

I have a situation that I hope someone can help me with, please.
Delivery status notifications (e.g. where the address does not exist), are not being forwarded by a filtering rule I have set up. The rule is configured to forward all incoming mail for greenman@apsarchaeology.co.uk to greenman@gmail.com.
