  • Subject sorting should include date

Hello, sorting a folder's messages currently ignores the message date altogether. Thus, when I want to collect all messages with a certain subject, I cannot browse through them in chronological order.Example:           The original message is highlighted with the blue bar. A later message appears below it. Above of the original message are ...

  • Re: Lost Folder - HIERARCH.PM del didnt work

So there we have it - the question resolved, and an understanding of how to prevent the problem from re-ocurring. But I have to comment (I can't stop myself) - how can it be that the AV producers (who fully understand the risks of deleting files) send out their 'point & click' software, with defaults set to delete? It's not as if we are now ...

  • Re: Lost Folder - HIERARCH.PM del didnt work

Yes - me too. AVG8 found Crack.S in my adobe creative folder plus:  I-worm/Netsky and I-worm/Netsky.D Now it found this in an old email, cos it was also in an old backup ie. it must have been one of those emails that never got moved into a folder. Strange that AVG7 had never found these so called viruses, as it was regulary ...

  • Re: Lost Folder - HIERARCH.PM del didnt work

Oh dear - the more I look the worse it seems to get: First off - I tried deleting the Name_Unavailable element0,0,''I11BSX20:26AC:FOL0077F'',''1CC25143:My mailbox'',Name_Unavailable Replacing it with 0,0,''I11BSX20:26AC:FOL0077F'',''1CC25143:My mailbox'',''A - Mail Read'' When I reloaded PM the line of text merely returned to its original: ...

  • Re: Lost Folder - HIERARCH.PM del didnt work

I suppose it's kind of pleasing (in a painful way) that nobody has come up with an answer to my problem as yet ie. at least its a decent problem.Anyway - self-help always goes a long way, and here is the next clue I've unearthed: The file mentioned above (FOL0077F.PMI) is referenced in my HIERARCH.PM file - here is the ...

  • Lost Folder - HIERARCH.PM del didnt work

PM 4.41 After reading a new email it would transfer to the folder 'A - Mail Read' as defined in - options - basic settings - default mail folder. Periodically I would move messages to a hierarchy of folders - a system that has worked faultlessly since the upgrade to 4.41 (ages ago).  This 'A - Mail Read' folder disappeared, so ...

  • Copies to Self going to wrong folders

I have just noticed an odd behavior of the interactive copies to self feature on my setup. I am using Pegasus 4.41 I have lots of folders and sub-folders (over 300 I believe) to help me organize my mail. I have pegasus configured to use interactive copies to self and prompt me regarding which folder to save the messages to whenever I send a ...

  • Silent operation of copy-to-self

[Background]Pegasus has two options for where to save outgoing email:in the 'Copies to self' folder,  orin a folder selected when the message is sentIn case #2, the folder selection dialog defaults to the current folder. [Suggestion]Silently put the copy-to-self in the same folder as the message replied to, or the current folder for new ...

  • Folder corruption

Hi. I was using PM for several years (backfrom the 2.x series) and changed to other ones in the past two years. Mainly The Bat and then Thunderbird. I recently installed PM 4.41 from scratch, as my old setup had been completely wiped. Applied the french translation module. I ran it for about two weeks, and then had two folders ...
