I am unable to open the listing of my mail folders.  When I depress the ''Work with your mail  folders'' icon it responds graphically like it has been depressed but nothing else happens.  I do not get the normal listing of my sent mail, received mail, etc.  I get the same non-response if I use the ''Mail Folders'' option ...

I just use a single identity (admin) throughout the program.  I'm a solo user. I don't even know how to set folders for a particular identity, and I've never (knowingly)  done so. Thanks for the suggestion.
