mail folders will not open

I am unable to open the listing of my mail folders. When I depress the ''Work with your mail folders'' icon it responds graphically like it has been depressed but nothing else happens. I do not get the normal listing of my sent mail, received mail, etc. I get the same non-response if I use the ''Mail Folders'' option ...

Missing Message Folder

Hi I move my old messages to a Folder. At the end it advised to re-index. But after re-indexing, the folder is missing. I have moved last 6 months mails to that folder. Pls help me to recover missing folder. Regards, Ramesh kannan G
