Pegasus Mail & Mercury

Hi All, Brand new to Pegasus but so far I like what I see. I have to monitor about 15 email accounts and I am not sure exactly how to go about this in Pegasus. I have set up some Folders and Filters to flow incoming emails to the Folders but so far I have only been able to use one email account.I need to have something like ...

ive added a new identity  , but it hasnt prompted me for the new 'from' email address to go with the new identity. I just use a single identity (admin) throughout the program.  I'm a solo user. I don't even know how to set folders for a particular identity, and I've never (knowingly)  done so. Thanks for the suggestion.  

I just updated from 4.41. I had it configured so that I have to enter a username as Pegasus starts. After the update, when I enter my username I am told that no such user exists on the system and the program shuts down. What got overwritten and how do I get it back so that I can access my mail?
