Pegasus Mail & Mercury

A malware attack left me with a hard drive partition where booting will never again be an option.  I can't directly access the partition but I can still copy files off of it.  The partition had Windows XP Home and I now have Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.  I don't know what version of Pegasus Mail was on the XP partition.  How can ...

Does anyone know how to import email, email folders and address books (contacts) from Windows Live Mail to Pegasus 4.52?  If it is at all possible I'd like to have step by step instructions.  Thanks for any  help.

YES!! I would really like to integrate my Palm address book with the one-to-come in Pegasus Mail v5. I'm not an Outlook fan, however, but PIM capabilities for Pegasus Mail would be great. I'm using Kontact on openSUSE now, but Evolution could be another option. And, och, why not link to Outlook too?
