Would it be possible to configure Pegasus Mail to exclude headers from a search?
i.e. to search the body only?

In some other mailserver software there are functionalities for searching the logs. Another option that may be of some use: Mailbag Assistant from Fookes Software.It will read the emails from Pegasus into it's own format/application.
