I'm running PM 4.91 on Windows 11. One of my email accounts is on Gmail. I have PM set to tell the server to delete each email after I download it. This doesn't seem to work, so I have to periodically log in to Gmail directly & spend time manually deleting hundreds or thousands of emails. Otherwise, my storage allocation gets filled up. How do I fix this?

Also, there seems to be 3 choices for having PM delete messages:

Immediately - when I hit delete
When I hit delete, put them in the Deleted Messages folder. Then delete them when the session ends.
When I hit delete, put them in the Deleted Messages folder and leave them there until I manually delete them.

I like to keep deleted emails for some time, in case I need to look up an older message, so I have PM set to option #3. This causes the Deleted Messages folder to get really large, since I get a lot of emails. Is there a way to have PM clean the Deleted Messages folder each session by deleting messages that are more than a certain age, like 30 days, 3 months, 6 months?
