Hi Michael
Thanks for the response - I read the thread you pointed at and have checked everything but no joy. So yesterday I decided to move Pegasus from the hard drive where it was installed to the system SSD to see if that helped. To start with it performed as normal, but this morning it has returned to being incredibly slow.
Downloading mail from the remote server is fine. So in more detail, the slowness occurs when moving from one message to another - the timer cursor appears and it can take 15-20 seconds before the next message appears in the preview window; sending email takes an equally long time before it starts sending; changing folders also takes 15-20 seconds.
I have several users set up in Pegasus - one with lots of emails in, and at least one with not many. This has no impact on the speed issue.
At the moment, for me, Pegasus has become unusable. Do you know if I can revert back to an older version than 4.72 - are there any file / folder changes that will stop this?
Thanks
Martin
