No idea what you're trying to say here, but aside from the link provided by Martin: PGP can either be used as kind of a "proxy" if you pay for it (called messaging in the screenshot below) or as a free version with my extension after downloading a trial version of its desktop application (down that page). See below for the feature the free version provides.

If you download QDGPG it will act as the interface between GPG and Pegasus Mail.  It can be downloaded from:

http://pmail.praktit.se/files/folders/pegadd/entry16011.aspx  I believe it is a 32-bit application, so it will probably work in Windows 10 too ?  But beware that the application is no longer supported by its author.

I think you should seriously consider the PGP interface supplied from Michael, as PMPGP from http://www.pmpgp.de/pmpgp/indexen.htm
