Thank you Martin for your response. I have utilized your suggestions and entered into the tools/options phase. I've also copied your reply for future use since I haven't had any recent messages to see if working or not.

Since others may be waiting and I have your reply on solution, I will simply mark as solved and wait for future incoming emails to see if working.

As mentioned before, thank you AND all the others fo the help

Hello my friends many thanks to all the volunteers that spend time helping us as it's most appreciative.I try not to bother you folks if and when possible. I think I have  a very easy question for you to solve but as usual I'm confused and can't seem to figure out how to solve the issue.

Several times I get mail that says I can't receive html text and have to click on a link they have to read. Other times I will have the message but a lot of gray area (in which they refer to graphics and/or tables for which I'm unable to view) other times senders refer t my program not able to receive html text and need to send another way.

Is there some type of internal setting to allow and prevent all this? I do see the view button on top but I rarely use the fancy feature but something tells me I need to do something on the basic settings. I just don't know

Thank you in advance and once again many thanks to all the volunteers

For the graphics gray boxes you will simply need to go to the Pegasus Mail menu Tools/Options/Message Reader  In the Display Remote linked graphics dropdown list, chose "automatically...."

For the other problem, you should go to menu Tools/Options/Hyperlinks and enter the location of the browser you want to use if Pegasus Mail is unable to display the html.

Then when viewing the problematic html, right click with the cursor in the message area, and select "View in browser"

If all this doesn't work for you, you will need to post your Pegasus Mail setup. Click menu Help/About Pegasus Mail/Info  and copy the resulting set up info to the clipboard, and post it to this thread.  We can then try to help you further.

It would be helpful to learn which versions of Pegasus Mail and IERenderer you're using!
