<p>I hope someone in the community can please help with this, tearing hair out here.</p><p> Pegsus Mail v 4.7252, running from a server with 5 ID's on Windows 10 Pro.</p><p>One ID has suddenly decided it no longer wants to send email - with one exception, <span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">If a message is Forwarded without editing (Bounce) then it goes directly & populates the Copy to Self folder.</span></p><p>Create a new email, click on Send then nothing happens, the system message says it has been sent.</p><p>Forward an email and select Edit before forwarding, message opens to edit, click Send - Nothing. </p><p>The Pop3 & SMTP definitions are all correct and I have added others using different servers but Send never goes goes to Queue Manager or Direct.</p><p>This only started to happen last week after working for many years though strangely using another Windows user account with a different ID works.</p><p>Would be grateful for any suggestions to trace this.</p><p>RogerD </p>
