Filtering problem ... need help

In Pegasus Mail menu Tools/Spam & Content Controls do you have SpamHalter enabled (checkbox).  And do you have Content Control enabled. Either of these may detect something as bad and move it to your Junk folder.  A suggestion for you, previously suggested by Brian F, add a rule to set the message color for each rule as it gets triggered to something different

Then you will know what is triggering the message movement to your junk mail folder.

I've been using New Mail filtering for a long time and I have several rules in place that all work correctly, however there's one rule I can't get to trigger no matter how I code it. I've tried using text from the from/reply/sender headers, I've tried a generic expression search, I've tried a text search in the subject field. I've tried moving the rule around in the list. Nothing works. I'm using Spam Filtering as well, but these messages don't get marked as *Spam*, they just get dumped into my folder for "Junk or Suspicious" mail. I have no entries in either my "white list" or "black list". I'm running out of ideas. Is there anything that can be grabbing this message and dumping it in the Junk folder before the filtering rule sees it?

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
