Installed "update". same problem. As I said earlier I only get 1-2 emails a year from my carrier. I can read them, but can't respond or forward them in Pegasus. In the future I will open my ISP's website and look at this particular email there. So problem solved.

I have gotten emails from my carrier for my cell phone. If I try to respond to their email, I get a pop-up box that says "pegasus mail for windows has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

 Any ideas?

Start with these ones ...

Using ver 4.70 and latest version of IERenderer. This problem only happens with email from my wireless carrier, or about once a year. So it is low priority for me.

What about updating to the latest version of Pegasus Mail? Reply handling is usually not an issue related to either BearHtml or IERenderer but the built-in TER/HTS module which might have been updated by David Harris: I would have to search for the last time he did, but it's always a good idea to use the most recent version of all modules possibly involved.

I am using ver 4.70. Is there a more recent one? Not shown on Pegasus website.
