How to remove unnecessary attachments

In addition to Brian's suggestion - do you use images in a signature? It could be those that are being displayed. Why are they complaining? What's the problem?

When sending mail my recipients are complaining that there are unnecessary attachments arriving with my emails. I have ticked the "Don't add "attachment information" to Multipart messages" on

the Sending Mail tab but the unnecessary attachments remains. What should I do.

Might your problem be associated with forwards? I know that when forwarding a message configured to include attachments, the text and HTML parts of the original message will go as attachments unless you manually remove them before send.
