I work with Windows 10 and Pegasus 4.72.572. Everything worked fine, but since a few months I cannot change the properties of any identity. Once opened (Tools, Internet options) I see the first tab (Internet mail options) of the chosen identity. I click on the 'Sending'-tab (of 'Receiving'-tab) to inspect or change the settings of the chosen host. At that point Pegasus crashes and the only thing left to do is click the presented 'shut down'-button.
I've installed Pegasus completely as new install, but that didn't work. Is there somebody out there who could tell what possibly could be wrong? It did work fine for just a reasonable long period after changing to Windows 10.

Thanks

Make sure you did not install Pegasus Mail under the c:\Program files directory tree. Instead install under the c:\pmail directory tree.

Thanks. I'm sorry I forgot to mention this. Pegasus needs to be installed at the root of the boot-disk (C:\) and so I did. It's a matter of fact I changed the default name C:\pmail to C:\Pegasus, but that's no problem: it works fine for years. Again: thanks for looking into this problem.
