Email attachments. Problem opening

Thanks for the reply. That was exactly the problem. The split bar was at the top of the pane. I pulled it down and its all ok now.

I have recently lost the ability to open email attachments. When I click on the attachments tab I get no information at all. Looking at the raw message information the attachment information is there. I have checked the file extensions and made sure they are listed. I have tried reloaded pegasus to no avail. Can anyone make any suggestions for me?

Is the attachment window completely blank? Do you see a scroll bar at the bottom or to the side? If so, drag the scroll bar(s) and see if anything becomes visible.

Sounds to me pretty much like someone or something messed with the attachment pane (a screenshot might help identifying the issue): A missing split bar (i.e. almost invisible) would be an indication of such an issue. Actually it would just have been dragged to the top or the bottom of the pane. If moving the mouse pointer across either one it would change its shape to an up-down arrow indicating that the bar below it can be dragged up or down to bring back both parts of the pane as shown below:
