Thanks; unclicked "read only" and deleted.

I have used Pmail for over 15 yeas. Never seen this before. I can't delete a message. I click on delete. I am prompted yes or no. I click yes but the message is still there. I can open the message. I can't move it to another. It just stays in my new mail folder. I am using ver 4.72.52 on a windows machine. The message itself is from a large company about a new product, if that matters.

Check the message properties to see if it is flagged read only.

To do so, right click > Message properties or click once > F12.
