It's been a loooong time since I set up a personal Addressbook. I cannot see how to create a system vs personal addressbook. Can someone kick-start me, please?

To create a system-wide addressbook  First create the addressbook in your own mailbox, then copy the two files that comprise the addressbook in (they will have the same name, but one will have the extension .PMR and the other will have the extension .PM!) into the directory where WINPM-32.EXE is installed.
