OK, got it. As already said it is not possible to modify NMF or folder's columns to show message's addressee, nor even its order position can be changed.
Anyway, you can circumvent your needs using a filtering rule like one to change message's color when message is sent to john@doe.net, and a different color when it is addressed to jane@doe.net. Another action you could try is to move message to an addressee designated folder and so all messages to john@doe.net would go to its designated folder and those to Jane to hers.
If you want to try the filtering rule way, please make sure they are put on top of the execution list, and preferably as an incoming new mail filter.
