If you want to change file and announcement there you need to go to the <a mce_href="/controlpanel/Files/switch.aspx" target="_blank" href="/controlpanel/Files/switch.aspx">upload section</a> and select your respective page for editing which would be <a mce_href="/ControlPanel/Files/fileeditor.aspx?sectionid=14&PostID=51413" target="_blank" href="/ControlPanel/Files/fileeditor.aspx?sectionid=14&PostID=51413">this one</a>. </p>
