I used Pmail long time ago when I was a system administrator for Novell OS and now I'm using it as my personal mail agent, but the buttons to check new mail (send and receive) seem not working. I have to close Pegasus and open it again to check the mail.
Sending mail automatically works fine. The problem is when i hit the buttons in the UI. Please advise. Best regards

The only thing that comes to my mind is if you have multiple identities and are changing identity after Pegasus Mail starts up. Internet Options configurations are identity specific so if multiple identities is the case check the configuration of Internet Options for every identity.

Since this looks like a dead thread I'm now adding this hint for the record: It could be caused by not having the Load Windows Internet Services (WSOCK32.DLL) ... option set to Always on Tools => Options => Advanced settings especially since it appears to get "fixed" be relaunching Pegasus Mail. Just in case it occurs for anybody else ...
