When you click on reply what shows up in the reply options window.

Pegasus recalls the last options used.

At bottom it shows 5 options, and multiple onces can be selected.
Some will sometimes show non under that option.

Did a test option, and got this one that would show no reply to.

Shows Reply-to field selected, but this has no option.
In this case the From: and To: fields are the only options that list address, but neither is checked?

What do you see on this screen. Might have to check an option that has an email address listed.
Hope that helps.

Hi,

Thanks much for your reply and instructions! If I select the "Reply with options..." option then I can select the required field (from that 5 options), but still don't know why this one email address behaves differently than all the others...
Anyway, thanks again for your help!

Peter

When you look at the From: header in the Raw view is there anything that looks odd or different from the typical From: header, normally in one of these forms?

From: jdoe@domain.example
From: jdoe@domain.example
From: John Doe jdoe@domain.example
From: "John Doe" jdoe@domain.example

If you open the message and then view it in RAW mode, does the line that you are using have UTF8 code in it.
Sometimes the UTF8 code in headers throws off the info resulting in nothing being displayed.
