Yes. Identities are listed in the order the appear in the PMAIL.INI file. This file contains most of the configuration settings. It is a plain text file so can be edited with a text editor. Be sure to back it up first. Edit it with Pegasus Mail closed.
To create your preferred Identity list sequence, find the [Pegasus Mail for Windows - Identities] section in PMAIL.INI and manually re-sequence that list as desired.
