e-Mail address TO: format to full Name <full e-Mail address>

For a specific non-profit social group, I like the "TO" format to be for example, Raymond C Wockley wockley6@mindspring.com. The question is: How do I enter the information in my address book to make this happen? On a side note, when I make changes to a specific entry in my address book, the correction is noted, but when it is inserted in the e-Mail, the entry goes back to the original and I have to change it manually. Where, the file, is the file found for the Address Book and individual entries???

The format for a To: header that includes a personal name and then an email address needs to be in the form Personal Name name@email.com. You can enter the email address in your address book in this form.

Now, if you want to see form mentioned above in your message editor window you must edit the address book properties to enable the option "Apply the e-mail address instead of the alias"

As for the address book files, they are .PMR and .PM! files with the later being the index of the former. They can't be edited manually.
