Once the messages Copy to a folder, they no longer show their encoding. But, I ran a search on the 149 total and 122 of them were ISO-8859-1, so it's pretty guaranteed that the ten that Copied but weren't UTF-8 were ISO-8859-1.

Windows File Explorer is supposed to find text within files, but it's not working. I've reindexed and nothing. I'm using an editor with a Search in Files function, but it won't manage the files in Explorer. And Pegasus is locked into its own protocols. I forget my DOS or I'd probably be piping file lists against file lists.

I isolated the ISO-8859-1 files that Copied. The .PMO files show no difference that I can see from the ISO-8859-1 .PMO files that didn't copy. Comparing the .PNX files will be harder, maybe, but will have to wait until later.
